Artist merch will be available. The Music and Rock Shop will be open.

Coffee, tea, and water will be available for self-service. We also invite you to BYOB in moderation. Our priority is to ensure that our artists and patrons can unwind, enjoy themselves, and have a positive, music-centered experience in a healthy manner! Parking is plentiful and free.

If you require handicap parking or special accommodations, please inquire with the host @ thehiddengem@musicandrockshop.com. We will be more than happy to discuss how we can accommodate your experience in our space. 

Due to limited space, only animals that qualify as service animals under the ADA are permitted during the event, and we must know this in advance. This excludes “emotional support” animals. 

Ticket sales are non-refundable unless the event is canceled due to extreme weather, an illness of the host or performers, or an emergency, at the discretion of the host and performers.
